This project is inspired by the principles of sustainability and quality, on a par with the best urban projects in Europe.
The commitment of COIMA, Covivio and Prada Holding confirms all three operators’ same desire to reconnect the historical heart of the city to the surrounding neighbourhoods to the south of the Scalo di Porta Romana – where the three enterprises have been present for some time – with residential, commercial and cultural buildings through a project of the highest aesthetic, functional and social quality.
